This week , we did a 30 minute class, TLC for your back.
We did some easy breathing, simple movements and stretches allowing space for discomfort to dissipate.
We then did a 30 minute class focusing on our Glutes. This muscle group is so important for hip and back strength. Many glute workouts focus on just working theses muscles without an understanding of how they work with other important muscle groups. I wanted to bring something more imaginative than squats and lunges so we did movements in side lying, prone and 4 point kneeling.
