I’ve planned some fantastic Live Online classes for you this week:

🕰️ Monday 9.30am- in this 1 hour class we get going using the wall for feedback , support and challenge.
Tuning into how your body feels as you move.

🕰️ Monday 6pm- ah! Some TLC for your back. Breath, positioning, controlled movements and stretches, enabling you to move freely as the stiffness and discomfort dissipate.

🕰️ Monday 7pm- the much requested GLUTES half hour. You’ve been to your physio and they’ve told you to strengthen your glutes. You went to a boot camp glutes and it was gulutes overload and the next day it hurt. Let’s understand that you can’t just work one muscle, let your glutes find their balance alongside their neighbours!

🕰️Tuesday 6.30pm, Wall class again but at an easier, slower pace. Great to compliment your training regime and for my members who have chronic conditions or are rehabilitating after surgery.
