I saw Linda Barker cooking on TV this morning. It seems everyone is a chef these days. Now as my children will no doubt confirm my talents in the culinary department are not the best but I do have an amazing recipe for a thirst quenching (non alcoholic) summer drink and it's easier than diving off a high board.
Cut up a lemon and a quarter of a cucumber any shape will do and put in a jug with a small bunch of mint. You can add ginger if you like it. Fill the jug up with water and put in fridge to chill. You can keep topping it up with water for a day or two.
I decant mine into a plastic bottle to take to the studio.
