Yes, I so wanted to see a picture of onion plants!
And this is why.
I received this email form one of my newer members :

“So, my update is I am getting more into the classes and I like listening to the audios to get used to the cues.

I can keep up in the Connect Classes but have to stop sometimes with Flow.

As you know I love the on- demand library and being able to dip in and out.

I have used the Relaxation recordings as a cue for the end of the day and wind down time.

But the best update is that because I have slowly started to ease back into movement , yesterday I spent 5 hours planting onions on a Community Allotment that I have decided to join.

It was my first day yesterday and there is no way I would have been able to do it with the hip pain last year ....but post hip op.
Oh, my goodness , did I ache ( in a nice way) when I got home !!

I know you do not really want to see a photo of a row of onion plants, but I was so chuffed that I had to take a photo and it is a result of doing my Pilates - so a big thank you. “

She trusts me because when it comes to Pilates, I know my onions.
I had to put that pun in , mainly to show I have layers…
Too much?

Have you had a hip replacement and need some help?
